Cheektowaga Chamber of Commerce to Host Career Fair at Walden Galleria
Tuesday, June 12th from 3-6pm on lower level near the Apple Store
Buffalo, NY: The Cheektowaga Chamber of Commerce will be presenting a Summer Career Fair hosted at Walden Galleria on Tuesday, June 12th from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on the lower level near the Apple store. The event will be sponsored by the New York State Department of Labor and WNYJobs.com. Several Western New York employers such as Basil Family Dealerships, Bryant & Stratton College, Seneca Resorts & Casinos, Spectrum, Tops Warehouse, and will be available to discuss opportunities for permanent positions at their respective locations during the three-hour meet and greet session. There is no cost for job seekers to attend.
Applicants and attendees will have the opportunity to meet with employers face to face, ask questions, and apply for positions of interest. Additionally, the career fair will offer job seekers the chance to receive on-site résumé assistance. Attendees are encouraged to register in advance of the event and will be entered to win a gift certificate for new business attire to start their new career in style.
