Inchin’s Indian Kitchen Set to Open Inside Walden Galleria’s Food Court this Summer

— New Indo-Chinese food court restaurant concept coming to Walden Galleria this summer

Buffalo, NY: Inchin’s Indian Kitchen, a brand under the Inchin’s Bamboo Garden umbrella will be opening its first food court location at Walden Galleria, just in time for a busy summer shopping season. Inchin’s Bamboo Garden is the fastest growing Indo-Chinese food concept in the United States and has other brands within its umbrella. With the growing demand of Indian food in the United States, Inchin’s Indian Kitchen was created during the pandemic to focus on delicious, authentic, and fun Indian food.

The pandemic certainly changed eating patterns of guests and food became a huge part of the daily routine when not much else could be enjoyed. As a result, Inchin’s Bamboo Garden came up with new concepts that are now continuing to grow as a sense of normalcy returns to the world.

“Indian food has reached a new level of appreciation and understanding in the States, with people loving the rich and unique flavors,” said Inchin’s Bamboo Garden CEO, Amitabh Agrawal. “With this is mind, we created Inchin’s Indian Kitchen as a way to showcase Indian food under the established Inchin’s brand to keep brand recognition, while inventing a new menu.”

Inchin’s Bamboo Garden Pan Asian Cuisine is already in Western New York, at 5415 Sheridan Drive in Williamsville. Bobby Walia, owner of the Williamsville location, is also spearheading Inchin’s Indian Kitchen at Walden Galleria.

This will be Inchin’s Indian Kitchen’s second location, and the first within the United States. The other is located in Toronto, Canada, and is a full-service, sit-down restaurant. This is Inchin’s first venture into a food court concept and a natural progression into casual dining.
