— FREE events & activities for kids each day during February Break Week at WNY’s largest shopping center —
Buffalo, NY: With schools taking a short recess for winter break next month, Walden Galleria’s popular Kids Club program just got even cooler with a series of free events that kids (and parents) are sure to enjoy. The family-friendly program, sponsored by Dave & Buster’s, Urban Air Buffalo & NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, will offer daily events during February break week starting on Monday, February 19th and running through Friday, February 23rd. Events and activities are free and will be hosted at various sites and venues within the shopping center including Urban Air Adventure Park, Dave & Buster’s, The LEGO Store, Regal Cinemas and more, all beginning in the morning. Children of all ages (and adults!) are welcome to join in on the fun. A complete event schedule is as follows:
- Monday, February 19th – Power Play Day at Dave & Buster’s starting at 10:00 a.m.
- Tuesday, February 20th – Jump & Play at Urban Air Adventure Park at 9:00 a.m.
- Wednesday, February 21st – Instructional Mini-Set & Free-Style Build with The LEGO Store at 10:00 a.m.
- Thursday, February 22nd – Free Movie at Regal Cinemas at 10:00 a.m.
- Friday, February 23rd – Zoo Show & Tell with Nickel City Reptiles & Exotics at 11:00 a.m.
- Friday, February 23rd – Meet & hand-feed alpacas with Mapleview Alpacas starting at 10:00 a.m.
“We’re very excited to launch a winter version of our long-standing Kids Club program,” said Alex Corbelli, Marketing Director at Walden Galleria. “Our goal is to provide a safe, family-friendly environment for kids and families, that is free for everyone to experience and participate in while off from school.”
An adult must be present throughout the entire event with their child/children. Each child must be signed up prior to the event and included on Walden Galleria’s registration list in order to participate. A separate sign up is required for each event and registration will open on Friday, January 26, 2024.
