New York State Troopers recruit applicants for September deadline
New York State Troopers will be at Walden Galleria this summer in an effort to increase awareness of the State Trooper entrance exam application, which has a deadline of September 1, 2017. Testing will be held in October of this year, with no future exams dates at this time. Eligibility from this application list can last up to 4 years.
Troopers will be on site to discuss opportunities with those interested now through August 31st. Application information can be found on the lower level near Macy’s, easily located by the NYS Troopers squad car. “NYS Troopers and Walden Galleria have partnered previously to promote applicants for the entrance exam periods” explains Jeffery Bebak, recruitment officer out of Troop A. “In addition to the sworn employment, we do offer a variety of non-sworn opportunities for civilians, too.”
