Buffalo, NY: Primark, the international clothing retailer that offers quality fashion at value prices, has announced it will officially open its doors at Walden Galleria on Thursday, April 20th at 11:00 a.m. Shoppers will find more than 34,000 sq. ft. of the latest fashion trends, everyday essentials, homewares, and gifts for the whole family – all at affordable prices. Primark Buffalo will be the retailer’s 420th store globally and its 17th of the 60 stores it plans to open in the U.S. by 2026.
Anticipation for Primark in the Buffalo-area has been building since the retailer announced its lease with Walden Galleria in 2022. The community of Buffalo and Canadians in bordering communities will now have access to Primark’s unique blend of value and trends. Opening weekend aims to incite what the brand calls ‘Primania’ with entertainment and family-friendly activities:
- On Thursday, the first customers to shop at Primark can expect free giveaways.
- On Saturday, shoppers can enjoy local eats with a food truck serving up complimentary lunch just outside Primark’s doors.
- Thursday through Saturday, Primark hopes you’ll join their ‘Grand Opening Tailgate,’ a nod to the local sports fandom, with games, giveaways, and a celebrity host, located in the mall common area.
