Señor Leon specializes in producing traditional gourmet Mexican cuisine such as burritos, enchiladas, tacos, quesadillas and desserts in an authentic restaurant setting. Their made-from-scratch menu, inspired by the southern areas of Mexico, includes specialty dishes like chicken mole poblano, chochinita pibil, chile rellenos, and Mexican seafood dishes such as ceviche and aguachiles. Restaurant hours at Walden Galleria are Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday hours are 11:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. This marks the third Señor Leon restaurant location in Western New York for owner Guillermo Leon, who operates two other locations in Niagara Falls and Batavia.
